Hey Christine, The villa was… how to best describe it… awesome. The place is fantastic and it was a true pain to leave. We are already planning our next
Florida trip. Your place there is one of the nicest I have ever seen and we did our best to keep it that way too. With the exception of a single broken glass
(sorry about that) I think we managed to leave the villa almost as clean and tidy as we arrived – which was indeed immaculate – except with a fridge that we
forgot to empty! The cleaners are welcome to whatever was in there. The grill you have there is ideal too, we ended up using it a lot more than I thought. I am
significantly jealous of your games room too. Thank you sincerely for letting us stay in your villa, it was our best and longest trip, thanks in no small part to

Christine: This is our last nights stay at your lovely villa and we need to leave at 6am tommorrow to catch our flight. The house was lovely and the location
wonderful. We would certainly wish to use your house for any future trips and will share our great experience with anyone who I know who is going. If you
would like a testimonial I could provide the same. I was particularly impressed that when there was a small glitch such as the door and AC upon arrival, that
there were remedied so quickly and courteously by the management company.

Well we made it back from 10 days of real enjoyment your home was great. We are not enjoying the cold weather now though. I think we left the place in the
same order as when we arrived. We left at 3 .am to come back, All towels were washed with a small load in process when we left. All bedding was stripped.
Floors washed and vacuumed. Table settings etc were put back the way it was when we got there. Pool area cleaned up. Some food was left. Things that we

Hi Christine, Just wanted to let you know how happy we were with your home. It was more than I expected. We all have the greatest time. Halloween at
Disney was fantastic and we are talking about maybe making it back next year. I have friends that visit every year in June, though from their stories with the
heat and long lines, it does not appeal to me. After the experience we had, the great house, perfect weather and short lines at all the parks, I don't think I
would go at any other time. We have been talking about maybe doing a big family trip next year at the same time. If everyone agrees we would love to rent

Hi Christine, We had a brilliant time in America thanks for asking, our daughters wedding the first week down in the Keys where we had a record for that time
of year of 28 degrees one day. The wedding was a bit cooler 24 degrees and we had a lovely day and it was a fantastic time for all. We had brilliant time in
Orlando where we did Animal and the Magic Kingdom and had a great time although it did pour down when we went to Animal Kingdom. It was great

Dear Christine and Ian, We arrived back home to Alberta early Monday morning 2:30AM. Wow, what can I say, your home was awesome, even better than it
shows on the website! You have thought of everything! It was everything we thought it would be and more. We were so happy to get there after spending 5
nights in a hotel room (a little crowded for five of us). It was so nice to come home from the parks and have such a great price to relax and have fun. We
asked the girls what was the best thing about the holiday and my oldest; Shelby (13) said staying at the house was her favorite! We sure would have loved to
stay a little longer. Everything was great, it was awesome! We did the whole Disney thing and also Universal Studios and Islands Of Adventure. We also took a
day to do some great shopping at the outlet malls. Our holiday was well worth the wait and we hope to come back again some day. We will definitely

Christine, Thanks for the e-mail and we arrived home into Heathrow from Miami on Thursday morning. Fay did bring a change to the weather but I think we
left Orlando just before it arrived in the area last Monday but the weather in Miami and Ft Lauderdale was certainly affected by its presence in the SW of the
state. Your villa was fabulous and we all enjoyed our time there ! It is ideally located for DisneyWorld and we will have no hesitation in recommending it to
any of our friends who are planning to visit Orlando. We hope to return one day but are not sure when, but we will be in contact again when we do ! I'll let

Hi Christine, We had a lovely time and normally when we go to Orlando , we go to all the parks and do the usual thing, but because your villa was so relaxed
we just chilled most of the time. My partner Nigel loved the hot tub and we enjoyed the warm nights and had a couple of bbqs We also had a family of Sand
Hill Cranes visit on a daily basis and watched the baby one growing its feathers. It’s ever so convenient for visiting Tampa and Sarasota as well as being on
the 27 you can go directly down and meet the I-4 further south. We will definitely recommend your villa to our friends and family and we will hopefully be

decorated and so much fun stuff - the pool and pool toys, air hockey, playstation, pool table and lots more. We truly are looking forward to a return visit
next year. Excellent location near all the fun and plenty of places to eat. It was nice being so close to Walgreens, CVC, Winn-Dixie and eating establishments.
Lots of development along that road and appears there will be plenty more places to eat and shop and will look forward to seeing it next year - I see they just

Christine: We had a great time in Orlando last week. The house was better than advertised and made for a relaxing, enjoyable vacation. You have a perfect setup
for families like mine. After a few chilly days we had several 75+ degree afternoons and were able to make use of the pool. We took advantage of the pool table

Dear Christine, I am writing this letter to thank you for giving us the privilege of staying in your beautiful home. We have stopped in a number of villas and
hotels in the state of Florida but it will take something to beat this beauty. For the first time we have actually been able to walk to some shops that provide
some basic food needs, essential for that first day late arrival. You could say that you have 2 corner shops. The villa is positioned such that you have easy
access to almost everything, Disney, the water parks, Busch Gardens, restaurants, golf for everyone, serious and crazy, and shops for both food and clothes.
Major shopping malls are a bit further but still easy to get to for a full day of hard shopping. Where are endless places to eat to meat with all tastes. We
chose to miss the typical fast food places, preferring to eat at places that provided a bit of service. Carabas is lovely for an Italian meal and for a quieter
moment we visited Celebration and ate at the New England Tavern (the chowder should not be missed).
As for the villa, words cannot describe the comfort we lived in. Everything you could ever wish for. The rooms were beautifully decorated with tasteful
pictures to view. We did not have time to use the TV’s, DVD, playstation and games room, spending most of the time at the poolside relaxing in some
extraordinary January heat, 84F - lucky us! All I can say is that I can recommend this villa to anyone, but I don’t want to, as it may prevent us from booking

Hi Christine, We had a brilliant time in America thanks for asking, our daughters wedding the first week down in the Keys where we had a record for that time
of year of 28 degrees one day. The wedding was a bit cooler 24 degrees and we had a lovely day and it was a fantastic time for all. We had brilliant time in
Orlando where we did Animal and the Magic Kingdom and had a great time although it did pour down when we went to Animal Kingdom. It was great

Dear Christine and Ian, We arrived back home to Alberta early Monday morning 2:30AM. Wow, what can I say, your home was awesome, even better than it
shows on the website! You have thought of everything! It was everything we thought it would be and more. We were so happy to get there after spending 5
nights in a hotel room (a little crowded for five of us). It was so nice to come home from the parks and have such a great price to relax and have fun. We
asked the girls what was the best thing about the holiday and my oldest; Shelby (13) said staying at the house was her favorite! We sure would have loved to
stay a little longer. Everything was great, it was awesome! We did the whole Disney thing and also Universal Studios and Islands Of Adventure. We also took a
day to do some great shopping at the outlet malls. Our holiday was well worth the wait and we hope to come back again some day. We will definitely
recommend your house to anyone we know going there for a holiday. Getting to Disney was sure easy from your house. Anyway, just thought I would let you

Christine, Thanks for the e-mail and we arrived home into Heathrow from Miami on Thursday morning. Fay did bring a change to the weather but I think we
left Orlando just before it arrived in the area last Monday but the weather in Miami and Ft Lauderdale was certainly affected by its presence in the SW of the
state. Your villa was fabulous and we all enjoyed our time there ! It is ideally located for DisneyWorld and we will have no hesitation in recommending it to
any of our friends who are planning to visit Orlando. We hope to return one day but are not sure when, but we will be in contact again when we do ! I'll let

Hi Christine, We had a lovely time and normally when we go to Orlando , we go to all the parks and do the usual thing, but because your villa was so relaxed
we just chilled most of the time. My partner Nigel loved the hot tub and we enjoyed the warm nights and had a couple of bbqs We also had a family of Sand
Hill Cranes visit on a daily basis and watched the baby one growing its feathers. It’s ever so convenient for visiting Tampa and Sarasota as well as being on
the 27 you can go directly down and meet the I-4 further south. We will definitely recommend your villa to our friends and family and we will hopefully be

decorated and so much fun stuff - the pool and pool toys, air hockey, playstation, pool table and lots more. We truly are looking forward to a return visit
next year. Excellent location near all the fun and plenty of places to eat. It was nice being so close to Walgreens, CVC, Winn-Dixie and eating establishments.
Lots of development along that road and appears there will be plenty more places to eat and shop and will look forward to seeing it next year - I see they just

Christine: We had a great time in Orlando last week. The house was better than advertised and made for a relaxing, enjoyable vacation. You have a perfect setup
for families like mine. After a few chilly days we had several 75+ degree afternoons and were able to make use of the pool. We took advantage of the pool table
almost every day. If we get to take another family vacation in Orlando in the future, I will contact you directly. Right now we're not sure what we'll be doing since

Dear Christine, I am writing this letter to thank you for giving us the privilege of staying in your beautiful home. We have stopped in a number of villas and
hotels in the state of Florida but it will take something to beat this beauty. For the first time we have actually been able to walk to some shops that provide
some basic food needs, essential for that first day late arrival. You could say that you have 2 corner shops. The villa is positioned such that you have easy
access to almost everything, Disney, the water parks, Busch Gardens, restaurants, golf for everyone, serious and crazy, and shops for both food and clothes.
Major shopping malls are a bit further but still easy to get to for a full day of hard shopping. Where are endless places to eat to meat with all tastes. We
chose to miss the typical fast food places, preferring to eat at places that provided a bit of service. Carabas is lovely for an Italian meal and for a quieter
moment we visited Celebration and ate at the New England Tavern (the chowder should not be missed).
As for the villa, words cannot describe the comfort we lived in. Everything you could ever wish for. The rooms were beautifully decorated with tasteful
pictures to view. We did not have time to use the TV’s, DVD, playstation and games room, spending most of the time at the poolside relaxing in some
extraordinary January heat, 84F - lucky us! All I can say is that I can recommend this villa to anyone, but I don’t want to, as it may prevent us from booking
