you’d spend at resorts in and near the Disney World area.
- Welcome to our quality, luxury Florida vacation home near Disney World and other great Orlando Attractions, which we had made our
mission to add all the extra touches which make our home very special! Ours is very spacious and extremely well equipped vacation home.
You will be able to enjoy the privacy of your own luxury accommodation, which we maintain to very high standards – especially the
cleanliness - whilst creating your own individual holiday in Orlando. We are just 7 miles from Disney, ONLY 10 MINUTES AWAY, and
are very close to all the major attractions as well as supermarkets, banks, post office, pharmacies and eateries. Within walking distance
there are a number of restaurants and fast food outlets plus takeway premises. Think of it – a real Florida vacation home away from home,
complete with private pool and spa, game room, multiple bathrooms, two living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. You will be able to save a
few dollars by eating in, or enjoy an evening out at one of the many nearby restaurants. Our beautiful Florida vacation villa is just minutes
from many Orlando attractions, such as theme parks, golf courses - and just a hour's drive from Florida’s famed Cocoa Beach, which is a
surfers' paradise riding those white waves(surf boards and body boards are available for rent on the beach).

- Our villa, Disney Magical Villa, has four spacious well prepared bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a south west facing private pool and spa with
upgraded pool furniture. Our villa boasts TWO living rooms, which makes it perfect for TWO families sharing or for just having more
space! We have also added a fabulous game room with a full sized slate pool table, air hockey table and electronic darts board together
with a large sized TV, DVD, Video and PS 2.
- Our home has been carpeted throughout for comfort and quietness. The formal Lounge has two comfortable settees and we have kept the
formal lounge at the front of the home free from noisy TVs/Hifis, to provide a quiet relaxing retreat.
- At the heart of the home is a fabulous family room with soaring ceilings. Situated here are the entertainment facilities: 32” cable TV
/video/DVD/ Stereo System, where you can watch your favourite movies or listen to your favourite music. We have added a library of
books, games, DVD, Videos to suit all the family and ages, which will add to your enjoyment during your stay.
- You will find a well equipped Kitchen which has everything you’d expect from a microwave to a dishwasher, a blender to a waste disposal,
from an ice-maker to a teapot. Ample china and cutlery are provided without having to keep returning to the dishwasher, including plastic
glasses and tumblers for use outside by the pool. The kitchen has a breakfast bar too.
- One beautiful Master Bedroom, tastefully designed with a US queen-sized bed, overlooks the sparkling pool and spa, through patio doors.
With a walk-in wardrobe and a large dresser there is cable TV/DVD, clock radio and telephone. The en-suite has his and her sinks,
dressing lights, bath tub, walk-in shower and a hair dryer provided to your make life easy. There is also access from the bathroom to the
pool area.
- The second elegant Master Bedroom has a US king-size bed, again with a walk-in wardrobe and again cable TV/DVD and a clock radio. The
en-suite has a corner bath tub, walk-in shower and dressing lights as well as a hair dryer for your convenience.
- The 3rd and 4th Bedrooms are both twins. One bedroom has a lion king theme and the other is tastefully decorated to suit all ages, from
young children through to adults, with cable TV/DVDs/electric digital clocks. The twin bedrooms share the Family Bathroom which has a
large walk-in shower, dressing lights and again, a hair dryer provided for your convenience.
- Safety is very important to us and is high on our agenda. We provide a WOODEN cot/crib for our young visitors and there is room for
this any of our bedrooms, together with a baby monitor and toddler bed guards. We also have a stroller, playyard and a highchair for
your use. There is also a safety fence for added security around the pool and spa – giving peace of mind to parents with young children.
- The Laundry Room is air conditioned and has a separate washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board. We provide all bed linen,
towels including pool towels for our visitors. This room also has a door which leads to the fabulous games room.
- Our games room is thoughtfully designed and has an entertainment centre with a large screen TV, and DVD,plus a second PS2. There is
also a full sized slate pool table, air hockey table and electronic darts for you to have some fun. There is also a table top poker and chips
set and we haven’t forgotten our younger guests and you will find toys, jigsaws, games and DVDs for them.
- Our villa is situated on a community resort - Glenbrook – which has a Club House which has a gym room, media room with a large TV system,
a PC with high speed broadband Internet and wireless hot-spot connectivity, a large pool table and air hockey table. Beside the club house
you will find a lovely free form swimming pool with a waterfall. In addition there are tennis courts and a sand volley ball court. There is
also a FREE DVD/PS2 library - just leave a small deposit which is returnable. If all this wasn’t enough, take a walk around the lake.
THESE FACILITIES ARE FREE FOR ALL OUR GUESTS.
- Enjoy our South West facing pool and spa (sunny until sunset) and have fun your own games room or if you fancy a change of company take
a couple of minutes walk to the community club house and mingle with other guests.
- All our furnishings, both inside and outside, have been especially chosen to give that comfortable, yet luxurious feel. We are very proud
of our home and we hope we have tempted you and hope we have the pleasure of sharing our valued vacation home with you. I can assure you
that we want ALL our guests to have the SAME HIGH QUALITY OF ACCOMMODATION THAT WE WOULD WANT AS A FAMILY -
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LESS. I can assure you of our best personal attention and service from the start of your enquiry, to booking
our home ,right the way through to the prompt return of your security (breakage) deposit within ONE WEEK OF YOUR DEPARTURE
